A Malaysia Book of Records certification is not a self-claim. It is formally awarded based on verified and documented evidence, which gives it a level of credibility that standard marketing claims cannot replicate.

What Does “Most Output Holes for Water Filter Membrane” Mean in Practical Terms?

In membrane water filter technology, output holes refer to the individual pores or openings in each hollow fibre membrane tube through which filtered clean water passes after treatment. The total number of output holes across the membrane directly affects how efficiently and quickly filtered water can be delivered through the system.

A higher number of output holes means more pathways for filtered water to exit the membrane simultaneously, which supports faster water output and a higher overall flow rate without compromising filtration precision. The One Touch T7’s membrane has been certified to carry 1,071 output holes, the highest count for a water filter membrane officially recorded in Malaysia.

Contaminants accumulate on the inner surface of the hollow fibres, where they are addressed by our Double Backwash cleaning system working alongside our 360° Anti-Leak filter element design.

Double Backwash is our cleaning and maintenance system that performs a two-step backwash process, flushing out accumulated impurities from within the filter element without requiring the membrane to be removed. This works together with our 360° Anti-Leak filter element design, which ensures water passes through the membrane for filtration in a controlled and complete manner. The 360° Anti-Leak filter element design is registered as an Industrial Design with Malaysia’s Intellectual Property Corporation (MyIPO) under registration number MY 23-00939-0101. By combining both, the One Touch T7 achieves a true 360° Double Backwash cleaning effect. We recommend weekly flushing and a Double Backwash once every 1 to 3 months to keep the One Touch T7 performing at its best.

The One Touch T7 is available at RM2,849 (subject to promotion) and comes with a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty on the filter body, a 6-year element warranty, and a free extra filter element that brings total usage to more than 12 years. The filter body features an upgraded dual-layer protection casing constructed with 1.2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel, designed to provide additional structural strength and durability for long-term outdoor installation. Like all our outdoor filters, the T7 carries JAKIM Halal, SIRIM, SGS HACCP, and MTPN certifications.
